By far, this is the best post. With due respect to the previous articles, this one is the most practical one. Previously we have seen the different dimensions of staying fit - both physically and mentally. Avoiding certain stuffs and doing some more. But whenever we talk of exercise or NEAT activities- though it might sound very tempting- implementing them and staying consistent is difficult. But this is so so very doable. Salads with all the ingredients I find in my kitchen pantry. And it reduces my time in kitchen. Super!
