- That what if exercise is an added stress that is too much for our body to take?
The idea that a daily run or exercise is needed could be too much for someone, and cause more inflammation and added stress on top of what they already experience!
I think we need to approach the recovery from exercise as the big thing - exercising 2 times a week and getting plenty of sleep, water and protein whilst keeping stress managed will do more than a daily run without those things!
You put it very well. I am feeling same low burning fire inside me from last few years . I have lost lot of hairs and developed alopecia areata . I was not aware of that exercise will combat with inflammation. Will start exercise Thanks .

Never knew this aspect to workouts. More nudges for us to consider that everyday run and workout.
