Using the BIA machine at the gym. It's not the most accurate but it's good for gauging directional progress. (DEXA is the one for accuracy, but then that's expensive.)

Superb post! Have been on a similar journey and resonate with most of your realisations and learnings. Yet to put all of it to practice (consistency is still a struggle) but the reiteration helps!

Liked this. Much more realistic than most other fitness suggestions.

One question: the 25gm Sugar you mentioned, do you count the sugar content in fruits also?
